Deposits, Refunds and Cancellations

Credit Card Guarantee Required for all reservations.
Chebeague Island Inn is a Non-Smoking Property.

A deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. One night requires prepayment in full. Two or more nights require 50% deposit of total stay. All deposits include a 7% Maine state room tax. If your plans change and you find you need to cancel, please let us know 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival and we will refund your deposit, less a $50 processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of your arrival will be billed in full. All rates are subject to change without notice.
