Like at home, we know most of your time isn’t spent in your bedroom, but you want your space serene and comfortable. Our guest rooms are small in size because we’ve found most of you prefer to be enjoying activities and the living space, but they are peaceful just the same.
We have seven different types of rooms to ensure that we meet your travel expectations and you can prioritize based on what’s important to you – that ocean view or that lower priced room. We're always available to explain each room in more detail so you can make the best selection for you.
Here’s what you can expect, regardless of the room you select:
• White walls and white floors, with custom Maine art and furnishings (no two rooms are the same!)
• Custom queen bed, fluffy down pillows and crisp Italian hem-stitched linens
• Free WiFi
• Nightly turndown service
• Absolutely no TVs or phones, so you’re not tempted to stay in bed
• No air conditioning – not needed when you have Maine’s cool, ocean breeze!

We’re a big fan of curated experiences, so we’ve thoughtfully designed our packages to bring you some of the best while you’re with us.
Bike and Brew
Explore the island on bike, then return to the inn to enjoy local draft beers.
Picture your perfect summer day on the island – we’ll provide everything you need to make that day a reality..
Take your business lunch to a whole new level and show your friends what lunch means when it's on an island golf course!
Fortunately for us, we’re located on an island. What that means for you is that you get to take a boat to us and start your vacation right away.
Chebeague Transportation Company
Chebeague Transportation Company departs from Cousin’s Island in Yarmouth, Maine. Most of our guests use this ferry because it’s only 15 minutes, runs almost every hour and lands right at the base of the Inn. If you’re driving, you’ll want to park in the satellite parking lot on Route 1 in Cumberland, and then take the complimentary shuttle to the ferry (if you’ve ever been to Martha’s Vineyard you know the drill!). If you’re taking a cab or Uber from the airport or bus station, you’ll want the cab driver to bring you to the end of Wharf Rd on Cousin’s Island, Yarmouth, Maine.
Casco Bay Lines
Casco Bay Lines departs from Portland and is a scenic ride that stops at four islands along the way with an audio tour, taking about 1.5 hrs to get to Chebeague. This is a great option if you have the leisure of time and want to experience Casco Bay. This ferry lands at Chandler’s Cove which is on the other side of the island. It’s about a 15 minute drive from us, so please be sure to tell us if you’re opting for this boat so we can have our van waiting for you when you arrive.
Chebeague Water Taxi
With over 300 nearby islands, water taxis are a popular method of transportation in Casco Bay. We’re incredibly fortunate to have a water taxi company based on island, which means they are extremely accessible. The Chebeague Water Taxi is popular, so we encourage you to reach out to them in advance and book a reservation. 207.846.5683
We offer 8 free moorings and launch service if you’re coming by your own boat (or a boat club boat). These moorings are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the launch drivers are on channel 9.
There is limited transient town dock space that is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis for a minimal dockage fee ($5.00/hr Mon-Thurs and $7.00/hr Fri-Sun). Fortunately, the bay is perfect for anchoring as well, so don’t hesitate to give us a call when you anchor and we’ll come and get you!
